Just noticed I’d missed uploading these pictures. The canal near Newbridge a couple of weeks ago. Early morning, with a slight mist rising from the water.
Chicken of the woods fungus growing on a fallen willow tree. This one is unlikely to be picked by would-be gourmets: the tree is on one of the islands on West Park lake.

A selection of plant leaves I noticed when on lockdown exercise walks. Everything from tiny opportunist plants growing from the mortar of brick walls to tall ornamental trees.
Another tiny spider noticed an photographed thanks to the enforced leisure of the lockdown. This one had a fine web on the inside of the kitchen window.
