Collared earth stars, Perton, revisited
Revisit to a group of collared earth stars growing in undergrowth along a path by the Penk at Perton revisited. In less than threw weeks, some of the spore-containing globular peridoles had visibly collapsed still further.

Male goldfinches coming to a garden feeder with niger seed. One of the birds spent a long time eating seed after seed – I cut more footage than I left in.
Mistle thrush pair, West Park
Pair of mistle thrushes with a territory between the bandstand and the boating lake in West Park. Here they were searching one of the lawns for worms to eat. They were less prone than usual to take flight when people passed, perhaps being in greater need of eating at the end of a spell of hard weather.
Mistle thrush eating worms
