Bonnet mushrooms (mycenae) are a group of fungi species with bell-shaped caps on the top of narrow, fragile stems. The species can someitmes be hard to distinguish, but there are three different ones in this set: common, nitrous and ivory bonnets.

Full speed ahead (moorhen)

Moorhen swimming at top speed across the lake at West Park. Although there were a lot of other birds on the water, I couln’t see anything making it move so fast.
