Old mill wheel, April and September

Remains of a mill, River Worfe, April

Old one-time mill wheel in a small wood on the River Worfe, now gently rusting. It’s in what must always have been an isolated spot, now reachable only by a footpath between Worfield and Rindleford.

The pictures with few leaves on the trees were taken in April, the others on a re-visit in September.
