I was sitting on one of the benches at the Fishermans Car Park, taking a much-needed rest after walking the length of the riverside path through the Anglers Walk nature reserve. One of the carrion crow denizens walked up to where the river had formed a shallow pool by the bank, then spent some time drinking.
