Milk cap mushrooms, Ring Road

Milk caps are a group of mushroom species which produce a “milky” fluid when their flesh is damaged. These were growing in the grass area between the lanes of the Ring Road St Andrews. I didn’t look closely enough to decide which milk cap species they were.

Goose stepping - Egyptian goose

The Egyptian goose recently often at West Park was in among a large group of Canadas, feeding on a grassy area. When someone was spotted bearing bread, the birds walked in that direction en masse, the Egyptian goose managing to keep pace with the leaders.
