Posted on 25 November 201614 November 2016 by David Oyster fungus, Himley Plantation and Bantock Park Oyster fungus, a gilled fungus usually found growing from the trunks or stumps of trees, and sometimes also found on supermarket shelves. These were growing on a tree trunk in Himley Plantation and a decaying fallen trunk in Bantock Park.
