Earlier this month, a visit to West Park. Parkies on the lake, spreading a chemical into the water – possibly to counteract the effects of the waterfowl using the pool as their toilet. As the boat went round and round the pool, the birds took off to avoid the disturbance. So lots of chances for photos of them taking off. Here a couple of pictures of Canada geese.
