Two young stags from the fallow deer herd at Powderham Park began to fight once the morning’s food delivery had been eaten up. After a minute’s combat, with the fighting looking like it was getting more serious, another stag joined in. Probably the alpha male, it held both the others with their heads pinned to the ground.
