Fallow deer feeding, Powderham Park

Some of the six hundred or so fallow deer in the herd of Powderham Park in the Exe estuary. As I was arriving, a tractor came with a trailer full of what appeared to be carrots and cabbages. The deer, which had previously been in several separate groups, gathered around the food which was piled up for them.
