These honeysuckle flowers were already almost out on Tuesday on a plant in Castle Grounds Park, Bridgnorth. All the other honeysuckle I have noticed locally are barely coming into bud.

The early blooming may be from a fortunate location in the mild climate of the Severn valley, or perhaps because this is a cultivated variety.
