Revisit about a week later to the area where there are orchids galore in Baggeridge Country Park. These are again all spotted orchids, southern marsh orchids, hybrids of the two, and pyramid orchids. I looked for the bee orchids nearby, but missed them. I did them manage to see the ones on Wrens Nest.

More mallard ducklings from the Wildside to Compton section of the canal, including two of the sets where the drakes are involved in uncharacteristic paternal behaviour.
