A mass of old man’s beard hanging over the cliff separating High Town and Low Town at Bridgnorth. It was a cold day, so the plant has a heavy dusting of frost. The steam in the foreground was from Low Town central heating.

Another mushroom of the species “unidentified”.

These came from a front garden almost directly across the road from those which featured in the previous post.

Another set of unidentified mushrooms, already well used as a food source by the local wildilfe.

These were growing between the lawn and the roadside wall of a block of flats on Tettenhall Road.
