The canal wharf next to the British Waterways warehouse on Broad Street (the once and future Canal Club).

The wharf points directly at Wolverhampton (High Level) railway station; the most recent building on the station can be seen in the background.

Apparently the wharf follows the original line of the canal, which was re-routed when the railway came to Wolverhampton.

The canal banks were white with frost, which seemed to be covering the back of this duck as well.

Rime on the berries and leaves of ivy bushes recently.
